When it comes to the dispersion or dissolution of powders in liquids, it is generally thought that stirring with a large agitator in a tank or repeatedly using a hand mixer for small volumes is the norm. However, do you face issues such as clumping, undissolved powder, slow processing times, or burdens on the operator with these methods? By using our powder dissolution machine, the powder inlet is at waist height, which reduces the burden on the operator and allows for efficient work. Additionally, processing can be completed in a short time without clumping or undissolved powder, leading to improved yield in subsequent processes. Our machine is essential for the blending process as it can handle a wide range of viscosities, from light powders like cocoa, matcha, and milk powder that tend to float on the liquid surface, to soft pellet-like substances and heavy powders like salt, as well as low to high viscosity materials. We have delivered over 1,500 units both domestically and internationally! About 90% of our customers are food manufacturers, but we believe our machine can be used across various industries including chemicals, paints, batteries, and semiconductors. We also have demo units available, so it is possible to conduct real liquid tests at your factory.
